Hughes was a terrific neighbor to me and to my family in Walnut Cove for many years. I always thought I grew up in the most fantastic neighborhood ever with so many kids my age to play with at all times. I was so sad to learn of his passing. John Frank, Betsy, and Ed, as well as Hughes' family, please know that I am thinking about you during your time of loss. I will continue to remember you and our fun times together through our childhood years. The Thomas family was so blessed to have all of you Dunlaps as our next door neighbors and friends. My prayers are with you and with your family during your time of loss. Love, Patti Thomas Brame
