Information you share
Our built-in arrangement form collects the personal, family, death-certificate and document information needed for arrangements. Submissions are stored for authorized staff review in our website and management system. Original form responses are encrypted, and supporting documents are kept in private storage. Unsubmitted answers are held in the current browser tab and are cleared by refreshing or closing it. Do not place Social Security numbers, payment details or medical records in public tributes or general correspondence.
Tributes and memorials
Approved tributes, the name you provide with them, and published memorial information are visible to the public. Contact us to request a correction or removal.
Optional measurement
When enabled and with your permission, limited events help us understand use of our service pages. We do not include form contents or memorial names in those events. Arrangement, planning, memorial and staff pages are excluded from our event tracking. You may change your measurement choice using Privacy choices.
Third-party services
Our website uses hosted infrastructure to store and process arrangement information. Video tributes, livestreams and Facebook sharing also use services with their own privacy policies. A tribute video loads only when you choose to view it.
