Chester Ray Churchill, 73 of Apex departed this earthly life on Thursday, September 5, 2019. He was born on January 1, 1946 to the late Walter & Rachel Wilson Churchill. Chester served our country in the US Navy and he retired after 25 years of service as a clerk with the US Postal Service in Chapel Hill. In his leisure time he enjoyed Nascar and a good game of golf.
At Chester's request there will be no service.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dale Jones Churchill, mother-in-law, Mildred Jones, brother-in-law, James Jones, sister-in-law, Mary Oakley, three nephews and one niece.
