James Otis May, Jr., 71, passed away on April 6, 2024. He was born on January 30, 1953 to the late Minnie Lee Brogden May and James Otis May, Sr.. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Horton May.
Jimmy is survived by his partner, Lynn Preddy-Larrabee; his daughter, Heather Nicole “Nikki” May (Ken Bullock); his step-daughter, Missy Harding (Dwayne); his grandsons, Tyler Rigsbee (Makaila), Jayden Bullock, and Travis Harding; his granddaughter, Malory Harding; his great-granddaughters, Madelyn and Paisley; his sister, Linda Daughtry (James); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at 4:00pm on Sunday , April 14, 2024 at Unity Baptist Church, 6348 State Hwy 96, Youngsville, NC 27596, with Reverend Harold Woodlief officiating.
