We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ the staff at First Cremation Society
Frank had been in my life since I was a barely 15 year old starting out at the Do It Center. Back then he was a little tough and I let my feelings get hurt a lot. But he took the time to help me, and showed me how to have a tough skin when working with the public. By the time I left the store at 20, Frank and I's relationship had gotten very close and I considered him like an uncle. I loved the banter we had back and forth when he'd come in the get something or turn in a shop ticket. He always called me blondie and I'd call him Francis to get under his skin. Even after I left and I'd come back to the store just to see the guys or fill in every blue moon, he always made a point to tell me how much he missed me being there. He was a big man in my life, and I will miss him greatly.
Tim and I will miss Frank. I worked with him for several years and Tim continued to work with him. He was shop mechanic at Do It Center. I never saw a piece of equipment that he couldn't repair. He was so good about helping on a personal level. He helped us countless times with so many different situations and it continued to some of our loved ones. He was one of the best!
Service for Frank will be held Sunday 23,2023 at 3 at Rock Springs Baptist Church 34 Rock springs church rd Louisburg nc. 27549
I always looked forward to seeing Frank at the Do It Center. He was always smiling and I enjoyed his quick wit. He was always happy to help me out or teach me something, and he taught me a lot about friendship. Frank was a true friend and will be dearly missed.
Andrea I am so sorry for your loss. It's been decades since I last saw you and Frank but I remember you guys like it was yesterday. He would dish it out and you would give it right back to him!
