Michael, In the short time I came to know you, you made such a beautiful impact. You were so eager to show me how things work within the team. So full of life and humor, you would always crack jokes during our team meetings that made us all laugh. I particularly liked your belly-laughs which lingered after everyone else had recovered from their giggles. I will miss your warmth, your humility and generosity. You were always willing to lend a helping hand and support the rest of us. You never said no to extra work. Thank you for being a blessing to me. Heaven has gained an angel.

Working with Michael was an absolute pleasure. He consistently went above and beyond, always willing to lend a hand and tackle any challenge that came his way. His availability was truly remarkable, making him a reliable and dependable team member. Beyond his exceptional work ethic, Michael's positive and fun-loving attitude brightened every project. I will always remember his laugh. He had a knack for making even the most demanding tasks enjoyable, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that made him an invaluable asset to the team. I will miss him very much, especially kidding him about the Carolina Hurricanes versus the Devils. I'm so sorry for the families loss. -tom keefer

Michael was a good man with a kind heart. I had the pleasure of working with Mike over the last 3.5 years at Celebrus. He was a valued team member; he was always kind and willing to help out his colleagues. With his unique sense of humour, he would often make his colleagues laugh and liven up our Team calls. I was really shocked and saddened to hear of his sudden passing and would like to offer my condolences to his family and friends.

I got to work with you both abroad and stateside. You always brought a jovial and can-do attitude and spoke fondly of your family. Very sorry you are gone, but you happily touched many lives with your presence. Wishing the best for your surviving family.

Mike was one of the best and most caring people I knew. Always ready to help. I'm incredibly grateful our paths crossed and we became friends.

I was fortunate enough to meet Michael through work. We shared many stories about our military experiences and his fundamental ethos was clear both in those stories and in his day-to-day work. He acted in service to others. The phrase that echoes in my mind from him the most is "what do you need me to do?" He was always willing to help, whether it was working late, exploring a new technology or figuring out a solution to a technical problem, he was there to share the burden. I couldn't have asked for a better teammate. Fair winds and following seas my friend.

I had the privilege of knowing Michael through work, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him on my team. Michael’s commitment to the team was evident in everything he did. Every day, he showed up with a genuine desire to help others, always ready to support his teammates. He was the kind of person who made sure everyone knew he was there—whether on calls, offering a helping hand, or sharing his knowledge. It was Michael’s warmth and sense of humour that truly set him apart. His laughter was just brilliant, creating a sense of ease in the team and brightening even the most challenging days. He was kind, generous, and deeply caring, and his presence made a lasting impact on all of us. Michael will be sorely missed—not just for the professional contributions he made, but for the remarkable person he was. His spirit and kindness will never be forgotten.

Michael and I met when he was living in Virginia and had such fun times together. I went to visit him in Florida over Thanksgiving one year and he taught me that you didn’t have to be in the cold and eat turkey to enjoy the holiday. Mike talked endlessly about how much he loved his children, his work here and abroad. He will be missed by so many.
