Owen Tighe

Owen B. Tighe of Hurdle Mills NC, passed away peacefully at Duke University Medical Center of natural causes.

He served the United States Air Force achieving the rank of Airman First Class E-3.

Returning to his hometown near Chicago, Illinois, he went to work as a Foreman for many years with Borg Warner Enterprises.

He married Patricia Ann Kramer in the summer of 1956. Together they had four children. Thelma, Cindy, Michael and Patrick

He retired to Palm Springs CA. in 1994 and in 2018 after the passing of his beloved Patty Anne, he moved to North Carolina.

He was presided in death by his wife Patricia and son Michael.

He leaves behind three children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. As well as two sisters, Judy from Colorado and Carol from Illinois.
